The recent and regrettable news regarding a donor who affected multiple individuals due to a cancer-related gene highlights the importance of prudence and responsibility. At Ovobank, we strictly comply with legislation that limits the number of live births per donor.
To ensure that none of our donors exceeds the legal quota and to prevent demographic and genetic risks such as those mentioned above, Ovobank actively requests all collaborating centres to report treatment outcomes.
