Ovoclinic, a group of assisted reproduction clinics, and Ovobank, the first European Donor Egg Bank, have been recognized again for their great effort in Quality. The prestigious entity Bureau Veritas has once again awarded us the recertification of the ISO 9001:2015 and UNE 179007:2013 Standards.
COMMITMENT TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Quality and innovation are present in each of Ovoclinic and Ovobank’s areas of work. One of the most important pillars of the group is the process maps and protocols that make up our Quality Management Systems. Each department works daily to meet the highest quality standards. The Standards we have implemented are: Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management System for Assisted Reproduction Laboratories UNE 179007:2013. During these audits, the quality of the care service provided, the processes of the laboratories and biological banks, and the medical, administrative, and maintenance procedures of our reproductive medicine clinics are evaluated.
Over the years, we have become a benchmark in the assisted reproduction sector. Last June, we celebrated our tenth anniversary in Marbella – the main headquarters of the group – together with authorities, guests, and more than 150 professionals. Our group is made up of a team of specialists who make up our clinics in Madrid, Marbella, Malaga, and Ceuta, to help patients achieve their dream of starting a family. For its part, Ovobank, our own egg bank, thanks to its continuous innovation and expansion, is today one of the most important egg banks at the international level thanks to the confidence of patients and assisted reproduction centers.
In addition to obtaining these important certificates, our group has been recognized this year with different awards for business innovation and medical excellence, thanks to our high success rates and the implementation of improvements in our laboratories.
