Thawing protocol with Kitazato

This consists of 4 steps to follow:

At 37 ºC:
1. We introduce the Cryotop with the oocytes in medium no. 1, where the oocytes will remain 1min.

At room temperature:
2. We pass from the 1st to the 2nd medium (with the minimum medium possible) where they will remain 3 min.
3. We pass from the 2nd to the 3rd medium (with the minimum medium possible) where they will remain 5 min.
4. We pass from the 3rd to the 4th medium (with the minimum medium possible) where they will remain 1 min.

Finally we pass from the 4th medium to the culture plate, and then this one to the incubator.
