Thawing protocol Omni Vitrolife

Consists of 4 steps to follow at 37 ºC.

-We introduce the Cryotop® with the oocytes in medium nº 1, where the oocytes will remain 1min. at 37ºC.
-We pass fromthe 1st to the 2nd medium (using the minimum medium possible) where they will remain 3min. at 37ºC.
-We pass from the 2nd to the 3rd medium (with the minimum medium possible) where they will remain 5min. at 37ºC.
-We pass from the 3rd to the 4th medium (with the minimum medium possible) where they will remain 10min. at 37ºC.
-Finally, we pass from the 4th to their cultureplate and to the incubator.
