Devitrification Protocol with Omni Vitrolife
Consists of 4 steps to follow:
1Place the Cryotop with the oocytes in Medium 1, where the oocytes will remain for 1 min (at 37 ºC).
2Transfer from Medium 1 to Medium 2 (using the minimum possible medium), where they will remain for 3 min (at 37 ºC).
3Transfer from Medium 2 to Medium 3 (using the minimum possible medium), where they will remain for 5 min (at 37 ºC).
4Transfer from Medium 3 to Medium 4 (using the minimum possible medium), where they will remain for 10 min (at 37 ºC).
Finally, transfer the oocytes from Medium 4 to their culture plate, which is then placed in the incubator.
