Devitrification protocol with Irvine

This consists of 4 steps to follow:

At 37 ºC:
1. We introduce the Cryotop with the oocytes into medium no. 1, where the oocytes will remain 1 min.

At room temperature:
2. We pass from the 1st to the 2nd medium (with the minimum amount of medium as possible) where they will remain 4 min.
3. We pass from the 2nd to the 3rd medium (with the minimum amount of medium possible) where they will remain 4 min.
4. We pass from the 3rd to the 4th medium (with the minimum possible average) where they will remain 4 min.

Finally, we pass them from the 4^th medium to their culture plate, and then to the incubator.
